It’s official: the Trump Organization has just been criminally indicted

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

It’s the development we’ve all been waiting for, or at least the start of it: a New York grand jury has criminally indicted the Trump Organization and Allen Weisselberg, according to the Washington Post. Weisselberg is expected to surrender himself for arrest and booking in the morning. And now we’re about to find out what it means when an entire company is criminally indicted, because it’s a very rare occurrence.

At the least, we’re now likely to see a rather swift unraveling of the Trump Organization. Legal and business experts believe the company will see its loans called in, quickly become insolvent, and perhaps have its assets seized by creditors. Donald Trump is about to lose most or all of what he has – and that’s just the beginning.

The criminal indictment of the Trump Organization is surely a precursor for eventually indicting each of its principals individually, including Donald Trump and three of his kids. Meanwhile, Weisselberg will now be under intense and increasing pressure to cut a plea deal against the entire Trump family. This is the beginning of the destruction of Donald Trump, not the end.
