Joy Reid throws down the gauntlet at Tucker Carlson
Last week Joy Reid used her MSNBC show The ReidOut to obliterate Fox news stooge Tucker Carlson over his harmful nonstop propaganda and lies. During her show tonight, Reid circled back and threw down the gauntlet at Carlson over his latest round of deadly dishonesty.
Tucker Carlson has now become a full blown COVID anti-vaxxer, painting vaccination efforts as some kind of violation of the civil rights of his extreme right winger audience. Carlson keeps quoting a self-service database of supposed COVID vaccine illnesses and deaths, even though the database itself acknowledges that the claims uploaded by random users aren’t verified.
Joy Reid blasted Carlson, who keeps trying to qualify his lies by insisting that he’s just “asking questions” about the vaccination process. Reid pointed out that even as some other Fox News hosts have confirmed that they’ve been vaccinated, Carlson refuses to say whether he’s gotten his. So she asked him a question: “Did you or did you not get your vaccine?”
We’re guessing “Tuckums” won’t be responding any time soon. But kudos to Joy Reid for taking the fight directly to Tucker Carlson. His COVID vaccine lies are getting Americans killed and putting all of us at risk.
