Everyone mocks Ted Cruz for seemingly falling asleep during President Biden’s speech
Even as President Joe Biden was giving a rousing speech to Congress, Republican Senator Ted Cruz couldn’t seem to be bothered. Cruz initially applauded Biden’s call for everyone to get vaccinated. But as Biden went on to talk about other initiatives, Cruz appeared to doze off. Everyone couldn’t help but pile on:

Before you accuse Ted Cruz of engaging in political theater, as he is wont to do, pretending to fall asleep while Biden talks about immigration, Ted always falls asleep when it isn't Ted Cruz talking, regardless of what they are saying.
