This Capitol attacker is a complete idiot

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

So, the argument by the lawyer of the seditious nutball who stormed the Capitol and put his feet up on the desk of Speaker Pelosi is that said nutball, Richard ‘Bigo’ Barnett should be released because he can’t spell. Or something.

Mr Barnett left a nasty message on Ms Pelosi’s desk that read, ‘Nancy, Bigo was here you bitch’, however, Bigo spelled the hateful, sexist insult wrong. Yes, really.

According to the 19-page (!) court filing from Barnett’s attorney, Joseph D. McBride, Esq.,(snicker), Mr Bigo wrote ‘biatd’ rather than ‘bitch’ or ‘biatch’, the goofy street equivalent.

(Incidentally, syntax can’t be seen as Mr Barnett’s strong suit, either, as he failed to use the word ‘you’ in directing his insult of the Speaker. I kid you not; this was a salient point in Mr McBride, esquire’s 19 page filing.)

First, it may be opined that Bigo must have learned to spell at Trump University.
Second, what he wrote matters far less than where and under what circumstances he wrote that sweet love letter to Madam Speaker. (ahem)

Well, lawyers got to lawyer and twaddle like this is what Bigo is paying for. One may suppose that Bigo found his lawyer’s number on a tear-away sheet posted at the local WalMart. Whatever the case, Bigo obviously committed felony trespass and – it should be argued by the prosecutor – defiled federal property with his misspelled message of hate.

Incidentally, a grand jury indicted Barnett on seven charges in connection with the riot, including 18 U.S.C. 1752(a)(1) and (b)(1) (A), ‘Entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon.’

The weapon was a Stun Gun Walking Stick which Bigo’s attorneys argue had no batteries and so, wasn’t dangerous, after all. In summation, Bigo is an all-round idiot.
