ABC News just completely blew this story about Joe Biden and Donald Trump
We’re not sure what’s in the water over at ABC News these days, but the Disney-owned TV network just keeps posting one BS story after another that’s easily picked apart. Take this one, for example:
We’re not even sure where to start with this. First, you can easily look up the polling averages and see that President Biden’s current approval rating is in the 59% range, not 52%. But it’s worse than that.
Donald Trump’s approval rating for his first hundred days was in the low forties. So even if ABC News had gotten Biden’s number correct, it would still be significantly higher than Trump’s number.
So no, Biden doesn’t have an approval rating “lower than any president at 100 days in office since 1945.” You literally only have to go back one President to prove it wrong. At this point ABC News is headed for Fox News territory in terms of intentional dishonesty – and it’s not clear why.
