Everyone piles on after Jim Jordan completely humiliates himself
Donald Trump failed America in every way, he had no accomplishments, and he left office in humiliating fashion. His approval rating was low from start to finish, proving that most Americans saw right through him. In contrast, President Joe Biden already has a number of key accomplishments, and a high approval rating to go with it.
This creates a problem for the worst of bottom feeding Republicans who hitched their wagons to Trump. Among them is Jim Jordan, who doesn’t appear to know what to do with himself now that Trump and Trumpism have been shown the door.
For instance, after Biden’s triumphant press conference, Jim Jordan tried to create an alternate reality by tweeting this: “Isn’t it interesting that President Biden didn’t get one question about #COVID19 yesterday? Maybe President Biden wasn’t eager to talk about how President Trump’s vaccines solved it?”
For starters, they’re not Trump’s vaccines. The first U.S. vaccine to market wasn’t even a part of Trump’s ill-fated Warp Speed program. More importantly, while Biden got to call on reporters, he had no idea who was going to ask him about which topics. Reporters simply didn’t ask him about it.
Jim Jordan’s attempt at rewriting recent history isn’t exactly working out for him. People are still dunking on him on Twitter, both for his lies about how the vaccine came to be, and his lies about how press conferences work. We can’t recall Jordan having ever once spoken the truth during his entire time in office, so this isn’t surprising. But wow is Jordan ever becoming pathetic now that he bet his fortunes on Trump and lost.
