Dr. Fauci just carved up Rand Paul
Dr. Anthony Fauci is skilled enough at political diplomacy that he’s managed to survive under seven consecutive U.S. Presidents. But he’s never willing to cave when it comes to the facts and truth.
When Fauci testified before Congress on Thursday, anti-science and anti-fact Senator Rand Paul tried to play gotcha games with him. But Fauci expertly put Paul in his place:
Sen. @RandPaul: "If we're not spreading the infection, isn't it just theater? You have the vaccine and you're wearing two masks, isn't that theater?
Dr. Anthony Fauci: "Here we go again with the theater. Let's get down to the facts."

Even if you don’t know all of the science involved in the above debate, it’s easy to figure out that Dr. Fauci knows what he’s talking about, while Rand Paul is merely trying to push simplistic nonsense. As usual, Fauci won this battle.
