Tick tock, Donald Trump!
Tick Tock. Not only has this “Russia thing” not gone away, it’s starting to heat up. The Pentagon’s Inspector General is reviewing Michael Flynn’s Russian connections and his income from Putin in the time before his appointment to the Trump administration. Not only did Trump early in his administration ask the head of the FBI to let Flynn go from any investigations, he then fired Comey and bragged about it with his high ranking Russian compatriots in the Oval Office. We told you Flynn’s pardon wouldn’t have legs. When someone as high ranking as General Honoré is publicly calling for a military court martial for Flynn, this isn’t going away.
Meanwhile, Trump now shuffles aimlessly through the smarmy halls of Mar-A-Lago being led by the hand by daughter-in-law Trump, the dog charity grifter. Ivanka hasn’t Tweeted since she left DC because let’s be clear, those tears she cried on the tarmac when Trump left DC for good weren’t for him or the administration, they were for her. It’s clear she’s being investigated by the Manhattan DA along with her brothers and all the other Trump Organization sycophants like their accountant Weisselberg.
Merrick Garland is in office and all is well in the White House. But because things are functioning doesn’t mean people in power have forgotten about the traitorous behavior of the Trump grifters. And just because a pardon was handed out to some of these pieces of sh*t, doesn’t mean there aren’t charges brewing from another angle.
Nancy Pelosi once said, “We have many arrows in our quiver.” The Intelligence community and the Department of Justice have many also. Follow what happens to Flynn closely. It will be a playbook for the rest of them.
