Eleven House Republicans voted to punish Marjorie Taylor Greene today. Ten House Republicans voted to impeach Trump last month. But only three House Republicans fall into both groups.
Adam Kinginzer, John Katko and Fred Upton are the only three House Republicans who voted to impeach Trump and voted to remove Marjorie Taylor Greene from committees. They’re the only three who passed the test by putting their proverbial money where their mouth is. The other 200-plus House Republicans are a joke, no matter what kind of lip service they might be offering.
And yes, this means Liz Cheney is now pulling her punches because she’s afraid of what the loony Republicans will do to her. She voted to impeach Trump, but now she’s voted to protect Greene. What a waste.
