Mike Pence just called Kamala Harris

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

This morning Palmer Report pointed out that Mike Pence is now acting as the de facto President of the United States, and that’s not really okay, because Donald Trump still holds the actual title. Pence is needlessly putting the nation at risk because he lacks the guts to invoke the 25th Amendment.

In another sign that Mike Pence is now the de facto President, he called incoming Vice President Kamala Harris today and offered to work with her going forward. That’s a good thing. It’s a lot better than if Pence weren’t cooperating with the Biden administration. But it’s still not okay that Pence is allowing Trump to remain in power until inauguration day.
