He made no predictions about who will be charged, instead saying that it’ll come down to the specific circumstances and the specifics of the relevant statutes.
This is the correct way for a prosecutor to talk publicly at this point in an investigation. But it’s remarkable that we’re already at the point where the DC Attorney General is criminally investigating the President, the President’s son, and a member of Congress in relation to a domestic terrorist attack.
