Joe Biden knew what he was doing when it came to Trump’s downfall

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Shortly after Joe Biden won the election, he mentioned in passing that he would personally prefer not to have to spend time on criminally prosecuting Donald Trump. He said this knowing full well that the DOJ would do it anyway.

Now that the full extent of Trump’s crimes in office is beginning to surface in spades, the public demand for Trump’s prosecution will only increase. But now President Biden gets to remain above the fray as Trump’s federal prosecution plays out, because Biden is already on record as having lamented about it.

Not only does this help strengthen President Biden’s overall position, it also makes it easier for the DOJ to target Trump as aggressively as possible, because it’ll look less partisan. Some of you don’t realize just how savvy Joe Biden is at this kind of stuff.
