Unraveling Donald Trump gathers the press for mystery event, abruptly cancels it
Now that his 2020 election loss is 100% cemented, Donald Trump’s public facing behavior has consisted of little more than tweeting conspiracy theories, attacking Republican officials, and watching fringe news channels. It turns out his behavior behind the scenes is unraveling just as severely.
CNN and Fox are both reporting that at around lunchtime, the Trump regime told the press to quickly gather in the cabinet room for an unspecified event, but then the event was just as quickly canceled.
This means that Trump called a ludicrous public event at the spur of the moment but then changed his mind, or his handlers talked him out of it, or one of his handlers called the event without Trump’s approval and then he overrode them, or something absurd along those lines. It means the Trump White House has dissolved into clueless chaos. They have no idea what they’re even trying to do at this point.
