Donald Trump’s final election lawsuit turns out to be the dead end freak show we always knew it was

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Pro tip: if you’re going to file a Supreme Court lawsuit asking for the creation of a “New California state” and a “New Nevada state” you should try not to misspell “state.”

That’s right, in the latest reminder that Donald Trump’s final election lawsuit is a total joke and is obviously going nowhere, some crackpot lawyer has signed onto the case, claiming to represent states called New California and New Nevada. This whole thing is just a freak show, and it isn’t pretending to be anything more. Trump has literally zero chance of prevailing in court, and that isn’t going to change.

– Congratulations to Donald Trump for getting impeached, catching coronavirus, and losing reelection all in the same year.

– 2020 has been the worst year ever but we’re ending it with the downfall of Donald Trump, the arrival of the vaccine, and as a bonus, one last Chris Cornell album today. So maybe there’s hope after all.
