Congrats to Donald Trump for gaining a few hundred votes in Floyd County in the Georgia recount. It’s mostly finished and he’s still down by 14,000 votes statewide. Trump is about to lose Georgia again. No wonder Trump keeps tweeting that he wants the Georgia recount to stop.
This comes even as Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is revealing tonight that Lindsey Graham tried to criminally pressure him to rig the presidential election in Georgia in Donald Trump’s favor, a stunning development that probably leaves Graham in the position of having to accept a career-killing pardon from Trump just to avoid potential prison.
In addition to this likely causing Graham’s eventual downfall in one way or another, it also creates one heck of an ugly controversy at a time when the Republicans desperately need to win the Georgia Senate runoff races. These aren’t the Georgia headlines that the Republicans need. Meanwhile Democratic candidates Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are going full steam ahead. You can donate to them here.
