Eric Trump melts down as it all goes wrong for Donald Trump
With Donald Trump now reduced to posting all-caps tweets that Twitter keeps plastering over with warning labels, and Donald Trump Jr lost in such a haze of conspiracy theories that he might actually be wearing a tinfoil hat at this point, Eric Trump has somehow inherited the job of delivering the Trump 2020 campaign’s message.
As you’d might expect, it isn’t going particularly well. Yesterday Eric Trump held a press conference and sounded confused, conspiratorial, and scared. Today, Eric has found himself posting this tweet: “Where is he** is the @FBI & @TheJusticeDept? #StopTheSteal”
It’s not clear why Eric Trump felt compelled to censor the word “hell” in his tweet.” Or maybe he censored the word “heck” – we never have been able to understand how his pea brain operates.
In any case, the upshot is that Eric Trump is melting down about the unwillingness of the FBI and DOJ to try to forcibly get involved in the vote counting process, when realistically that’s not something that was ever going to happen.
