Donald Trump sounds like he knows he’s going to lose

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

During his public remarks today, Donald Trump has sounded sullen, hesitant, lost for words, and withdrawn. It suggests that his internal polling really is as bad as the public polling, and that perhaps one of his people has finally sat him down and told him to brace for bad news.

Of course he’ll only be proven right if we use these final hours to get as many people to the polls as possible. Now is the time to check in with your family, friends, neighbors, and associates who’ve been leaning toward Biden, and make sure they get out there and vote if they haven’t already. Offer to drive them to the polls if necessary. It’s not just about the presidential swing states. There are also Senate seats in play in a number of other states.

If you have no one to reach out to in your personal circle, you can sign up right now with the Biden campaign to make last minute phone calls. You’ll be glad you did. Tweet of the day, from Joe Biden: “We are in a battle for the soul of the nation. And you have the ultimate power to determine the outcome: your vote. Use it.”
