We just won big in court

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The Democrats have won court rulings today in Texas, Nevada, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. That’s right, we’ve won the same case in Texas two days in a row, yesterday in state court, today in federal court. This means the drive-through votes in Harris County will be counted.

I told you we would win most of these kinds of rulings, because the Republicans have literally no case in most instances. Some folks were worried about the court case in Texas in particular, because the federal judge assigned to the case has been iffy. But what people are overlooking is that when the GOP gets desperate and brings a laugh out loud non-case to court, it’s not going anywhere no matter who the judge is.

Even if one of these cases did get past a rogue judge, the appeals court would clean it up. Of all the things we need to worry about right now, the laughable GOP court filings aren’t among them. Now let’s get back to driving voter turnout.
