Looks like Hillary Clinton is about to get her revenge on Donald Trump
“I’m sure I’ll get to vote for Joe (Biden) and (Sen. Kamala Harris) in New York. So, that’s pretty exciting,” it sounds about what you’d expect from a Sirius Radio interview with a typical New York voter who’s made up their mind about who to vote for – but the voter in this particular interview happened to be former Secretary of State and presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton. Oh, and she wasn’t talking about just voting in the general election in November either, since she already endorsed Joe and Kamala months ago at the convention. She revealed in this particular interview, that she’ll literally be one of the 538 electors who votes directly for the next president and vice president of the United States, representing the state of New York in the electoral college.
House Republicans thought to mock her on her birthday by confirming Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, someone who is the polar opposite of Secretary Clinton and everything she’s fought for. It’s looking like they may have timed it too soon – giving Hillary the last laugh in the end. This means, though, that if you feel you didn’t do enough to support her bid for the presidency in 2016 and you live in New York, you’re actually voting for her again – when you cast your vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. It also means that a few Republicans may not feel so comfortable defending the antiquated Electoral College system that’s the only thing keeping them from winning elections – particularly if this story ever comes across Donald Trump.
Let’s make her proud by drawing out as many voters as we can for Democrats down the ballot by voting for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on November 3 – and if we do, the December gathering of the Electoral College to finalize the results could be an even more miserable day for Donald Trump than Election Day.
