After reports surfaced that Donald Trump angrily bailed during his 60 Minutes interview with Lesley Stahl, Trump threatened to leak footage of the interview himself before it could air on Sunday night. Now Trump has released a 38 minute video of the interview.

We have no way of knowing if this video footage released by Trump is deceptively edited or if pieces are missing (the interview reportedly lasted 45 minutes), but even if that is the case, it still makes Trump look bad. Lesley Stahl opened by asking Trump if he was okay with answering some “tough questions,” and Trump responded “no.” It’s always a sad day when the President of the United States is so weak, he openly admits that he won’t be able to handle it if he’s asked tough questions.

Trump then spent the interview hesitantly on the defensive, tripping over answers, and meekly whining a lot. Near the end of the footage, Donald Trump circles back to whining about the fact that Stahl warned him up front that the questions were going to be tough. When Trump’s people announce that there are five minutes left in the interview, Trump instead decides to immediately end it, and instructs his people that the scheduled joint interview with him and Pence won’t happen. Interestingly there was no brashness here from Trump – not even false bravado. Instead he comes off as tepid, worn out, and simply wanting to get away from the pressure.

Again, we have no way of knowing whether this 60 Minutes footage released by Trump is incomplete, deceptively edited, or doctored. But you can watch it here, and see for yourself how ugly it is for him. The legitimate footage of the 60 Minutes interview will air on CBS on Sunday evening.
