Donald Trump now has an antibody problem
Donald Trump obviously still has the coronavirus, because no one gets that sick with it and then gets over it that quickly. But Trump, who is now infecting the White House while hopped up on dexamethasone steroids, wants us to believe that he’s somehow magically cured.
To that end, Trump’s disgraced Doctor Sean Conley announced today that Trump now has “detectable levels of antibodies in his bloodwork.” Trump will try to spin this to mean that he’s cured, he’s no longer contagious, and he’s now immune. That’s cute, but as White House correspondent Kaitlin Collins points out, this could easily just be a result of Trump’s recent infusion of coronavirus antibodies from Regeneron.
The bottom line is that Donald Trump is clearly still very ill with coronavirus, based both on the known timeline of coronavirus, and the fact that he’s still being pumped full of steroids that are designed to fight coronavirus infections in the lungs.
