Donald Trump has berserk meltdown after Cindy McCain endorses Joe Biden
Last night Cindy McCain, the widow of Republican Senator John McCain, issued an emphatic and eloquent endorsement for Joe Biden for President. Palmer Report predicted that Donald Trump would end up attacking her for it today, and we pointed out that it wouldn’t be the first time Trump has attacked a widow. In fact, after his attack on Laurene Powell Jobs, it wouldn’t even be the first time this month.
Sure enough, Trump tweeted this berserk meltdown today: “I hardly know Cindy McCain other than having put her on a Committee at her husband’s request. Joe Biden was John McCain’s lapdog. So many BAD decisions on Endless Wars & the V.A., which I brought from a horror show to HIGH APPROVAL. Never a fan of John. Cindy can have Sleepy Joe!”
Let’s see, where do we even start? Donald Trump seems to be trying to scandalize the fact that he once appointed Cindy McCain to a committee of all things, which reveals that he’s got nothing real to throw at her. And of course it was the Obama-Biden administration who reformed the VA in 2014, something that Trump keeps falsely taking credit for. What’s remarkable is that Trump has completely ceded lifelong Republican John McCain’s legacy to the Democrats.
