Colorado Secretary of State hints at Donald Trump going to prison if he loses the election

Dear Palmer Report readers,

We all understand what a dark era we're heading into. Journalists will be prosecuted. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. Advertising networks can't be counted on. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight, because someone has to.

In that regard we're looking to start funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens or how dark things get. We've launched a reader supported fund, and we've already raised $3360 and counting. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can contribute here. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Bill Palmer

With a New York grand jury in the process of criminally indicting Donald Trump on state charges for financial fraud, it’s fairly clear that Trump is going to prison if he loses the election. But while state charges against him in New York are nearly a given at this point, what about elsewhere?

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold is hinting at a different kind of federal criminal charge against Trump: voter fraud. Griswold tweeted this: “In Colorado, we take double voting seriously and refer all suspected cases for legal enforcement. If it makes sense, I will include Donald Trump in the referral for prosecution. He may not have presidential immunity anymore depending on the election.”

That’s right, when Donald Trump keeps urging people to vote twice, he’s not just urging them to commit a felony; he’s committing a felony himself. With each passing day it becomes more clear that if Trump loses the election, he’s going to prison – and various jurisdictions will end up fighting over who gets to arrest him and put him on trial first.
