Worried Donald Trump will cheat his way back into election contention?
Joe Biden is now ten to fifteen points ahead of Donald Trump nationwide, in what is currently on track to be a historic blowout. But Trump has spent his entire life cheating, sometimes succeeding, sometimes failing. We know that Trump, his allies, and his party will once again try to cheat in the 2020 election. If you’re nervous that Trump will try to cheat his way back into contention, here are things you can do to help:
– Work on voter registration and turnout
– Volunteer for the Joe Biden campaign
– Use your social media voice to spread the truth from Palmer Report and other reliable news sites
– Encourage other Resistance members not to give up on tough days
Here are things you can do that will not help:
– Fretting
– Telling anyone who will listen about how “Trump will win no matter what,” or other similar doomsday sentiments that only serve to demotivate the people on your own side
It really is as simple as that. Cheating in an election isn’t done by magic wand. It requires a significant amount of effort to cheat the needle in your direction by even a point or two. If we work hard enough and help make Biden’s lead big enough, then Trump can try to cheat all he wants, but it won’t make a difference in the outcome.
