Fox News implodes: Ed Henry accused of rape, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity accused of sexual harassment

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When Fox News fired Ed Henry three weeks ago over allegations of sexual misconduct, you figured it had to be serious in nature. Fox has an extraordinarily low bar when it comes to this kind of thing; the network tried to cover Bill O’Reilly’s tracks for years before finally giving up on him. Now we’re finding out just how ugly the allegations are – and it’s not just Henry.

Former Fox News producer Jennifer Eckhart has filed a federal suit accusing Ed Henry of rape. Former Fox News contributor Cathy Areu is accusing Henry of sexual harassment, while also accusing Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Howard Kurtz of sexual harassment. This is according to a startling new Daily Beast report, which reveals that Fox News is denying the allegations against all of its hosts – except for Henry.

It’s notable that this comes at a time when Tucker Carlson is already hemorrhaging advertisers due to his frequent racist diatribes, and that he recently went on “vacation” after one of his script writers was caught posting racist and sexist remarks online. With Fox News, these decisions always come down to ratings. Hannity is safe in that regard, but we wonder if these allegations could end up finishing off Carlson.
