Donald Trump runs crying like a baby to Tucker Carlson as it all falls apart for him
Donald Trump has been losing reelection since literally the day he took office. His approval rating has always been severely underwater. His 2020 poll numbers have always been ugly against any potential opponent. It took him long enough, but Trump appears to have finally figured out he’s losing. What’s surreal is how he’s going about trying to turn things around.
It sounds like something straight out of a Saturday Night Live sketch. Vanity Fair is reporting that Donald Trump is in such a hopeless place about reelection, he recently called up unhinged Fox News host Tucker Carlson, and repeatedly asked him, “What do I do?” That’s right, the President of the United States is crying like a baby to Tucker Carlson of all people. We’d offer up an analogy for how ridiculous this is, but we honestly can’t think of anything sufficiently ridiculous to compare it to.
Of course we’re still four months away from the election and a lot can happen between now and then. We have to remain as vigilant as ever when it comes to things like voter registration and voter turnout, because we need to run up the score as much as possible in order to block Trump from being able to credibly claim it was rigged against him. But it’s good to know that for his part, Trump has nothing up his sleeve right now for getting himself out of this hole.
