Michael Cohen is still under home confinement for the remainder of his original sentence, but it looks like he’s been using his time wisely. Cohen confirmed today that he’s nearing completion of his book. He also appeared to reveal something important about the book.

By pointing to the “favorable ruling” that Mary Trump received about her tell-all book, Michael Cohen appears to be revealing that he expects to face legal action from Donald Trump – which in turn suggests that the book is going be rather devastating to Trump.

Based on the timeframe, it appears that Michael Cohen’s book will be ready for release in plenty of time before the election; he’s predicting “late September.” Cohen has already publicly revealed some of his dirt on Donald Trump during his prior congressional testimony. But at the time, there were several questions that Cohen said he couldn’t answer, due to criminal investigations that were ongoing at the time.
