What the hell?
If there’s anyone out there who still doubts that Donald Trump is suffering from cognitive decline and incrementally worsening senility, consider that he just tweeted this a few moments ago, with absolutely no context whatsoever:
What incident is he talking about? What incident? What victim? Is this something he saw on Fox News? If so, why is he randomly tweeting questions about it without any context? This guy is supposed to be the President of the United States, and he’s tweeting stuff this random. Next he’ll be tweeting the nuclear launch codes.
