This is Donald Trump’s biggest hoax yet

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Former President George W. Bush recently released a video about the COVID-19 crisis, calling for unity as the nation fights this major pandemic, with more than 67,000 deaths and counting. It did not take potshots at Donald Trump or any other politician, and was a presidential-sounding message needed by this nation in a time of crisis. However, Trump of course attacked it, tweeting on Sunday:

@PeteHegseth “Oy bye the way, I appreciate the message from former President Bush, but where was he during Impeachment calling for putting partisanship aside.” @foxandfriends He was nowhere to be found in speaking up against the greatest Hoax in American history!

Trump is all about Donald, Donald, Donald 24/7. This is just the latest smallness of the man who cannot leave anything alone, and must portray himself as the greatest victim at every turn. For a man who knows nothing about the government or about the way this nation works, he obsesses only about himself, using random capital letters along the way. Walter Shaub recently tweeted when Trump referred to “Capital Hill” that it “is where they sale bulk quantities of those capital letters you bizarrely sprinkle in random places in your tweets.” Also, it’s “by” not “bye.” The greatest hoax in American history is what we are living through.
