Of course he hasn’t

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

During their historically disastrous press conference today, Mike Pence claimed he didn’t know whether Donald Trump had been tested for the coronavirus. This seemed more than a bit alarming, considering Trump has reportedly been exposed to it by at least three of his own congressional Republican allies.

This left the lingering question of whether or not Donald Trump has indeed been tested. Tonight, MSNBC confirmed that Trump has not been tested. This is stunning, yet not necessarily surprising. Trump is the kind of delusional buffoon who would merely try to convince himself that he can’t have been exposed, or that he’s magically healthy enough to beat it. Trump is also the kind of coward who would be afraid to dare to take a medical test; this guy has always feared going to legitimate doctors.

Not only is Donald Trump putting his own life at risk by not getting tested, he’s putting other people’s lives at risk as well. Other Republicans like Ted Cruz and Paul Gosar have quarantined themselves until the incubation period is over, so they won’t risk infecting anyone else. Trump is refusing to do the same. If he’s not willing to get tested, in public, by legitimate doctors, he needs to resign.
