House GOP goons go completely off the rails during Colonel Vindman’s devastating testimony against Donald Trump

Dear Palmer Report readers,

We all understand what a dark era we're heading into. Journalists will be prosecuted. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. Advertising networks can't be counted on. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight, because someone has to.

In that regard we're looking to start funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens or how dark things get. We've launched a reader supported fund, and we've already raised $3360 and counting. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can contribute here. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,

By all accounts, Colonel Alexander Vindman’s testimony to the House impeachment inquiry today has been devastating for Donald Trump. Trump has demonstrated his fear of the Colonel’s testimony by launching a bizarre attack against him this morning. But now it turns out Trump’s House GOP stooges had something even more deranged in mind.

In his publicly released opening statement, Colonel Vindman confirmed that he’s not the whistleblower, and that he doesn’t know who the whistleblower is. But that didn’t stop Donald Trump’s loyal House GOP goons from asking Vindman questions that were aimed at narrowing down the whistleblower’s identity.

This criminal attempt at punitively unmasking the whistleblower was met with such resistance by House Democrats, it resulted in a “shouting match” during the testimony, according to a surreal report from CNN. It’s clear that Trump and his allies have no remaining hope of convincing anyone that Trump is innocent, or saving Trump from impeachment. Instead they’re out for vengeance.

GOP stooges like Mark Meadows should keep in mind that what they’re doing is illegal, and that once Donald Trump is gone, they can be criminally prosecuted for it. On some level these clowns are betting their freedom on the premise that Trump will somehow magically win reelection. If Trump loses, or if he’s ousted before the election, Meadows and some of his colleagues will likely end up going to prison alongside Trump.
