Robert Mueller and the FBI have been targeting Ivanka Trump all along
Now that we’re in a countdown to see whether Donald Trump Jr or Jared Kushner ends up being the first member of the Trump family to get indicted, many are asking when and if it’s going to be Ivanka Trump’s time in the barrel. The answer is that, while it’s been getting virtually no attention from the media these past months, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the FBI have been targeting Ivanka all along.
Palmer Report pointed out last year that the Trump-Russia investigation was logically going to eventually find its way to the Trump Organization’s shady international real estate deals over the years which have been spearheaded by Ivanka Trump. Much of the public’s focus has been on the Trump SoHo deal with convicted Russian mafia money launderer Felix Sater. But according to a CNN blip which came and went all the way back in March before falling off the radar, the FBI is also focusing on a different deal, the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Vancouver – which was also spearheaded by Ivanka.
CNN wasn’t willing to point out the obvious, which was that this a part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s overall Trump-Russia investigation. Numerous Trump Organization real estate deals have relied on shady foreign money, some of it Russian, much of it directly from notorious international criminal figures. These real estate projects, many of which ended up going bankrupt or were never even finished being built, have long looked like little more than excuses for facilitating money laundering. Mueller is already known to be focusing heavily on Trump’s decades-long international money laundering habit.
Clearly no additional details of this investigation have leaked out, or else we’d be hearing about it. But if you’re wondering when the investigation is going to turn its attention to Ivanka Trump, the answer is that it already has. The only reason we haven’t seen additional details surface yet is because Mueller and the FBI aren’t ready for them to become public yet. But with all the noise coming about indictments these past few days, the time may finally be here.
