Rudy Giuliani goes hilariously off the rails
Now that the races for Governor and Senator in Florida are headed for a recount, the Republican antics that initially prompted “victories” for Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis are about to be exposed. Since it’s fairly clear that the GOP cheated in the state, this would seem to be objectively good news. But don’t tell that to Rudy Giuliani, who is having a really bad go of it.
Rudy decided late last night that Hillary Clinton – yes, Hillary Clinton – is somehow behind it all. In his deluded mind, she rigged the elections in Florida for Andrew Gillum and Bill Nelson, but she’s apparently so bad at it, they lost anyway, and now she’s trying to rig a recount, or something. Honestly, we’re not sure what Giuliani is even trying to say.
For instance, there’s this gem: “Hillary’s lawyers trying to steal Florida election. They are still counting(or creating)ballots just in Democratic Broward and Palm Beach.” Creating ballots? What planet does this guy live on? But he kept going: “Could they be waiting to create more votes?” That’s right, this guy is seriously claiming that the Democrats are somehow creating ballots, presumably out of Hillary’s old emails.
Rudy Giuliani also tweeted this deep thought: “Court should disqualify votes counted only after all other counties were finished.” So ballots should be disqualified because… why? For his sake, we kind of hope Rudy was drinking last night. Because if this was him sober, then there’s nothing left between his ears at all.
