The hits just keep coming. Shortly after Deborah Ramirez came forward to publicly accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct toward her at a college party, another very ugly shoe dropped. Michael Avenatti revealed that he’s found multiple witnesses who are willing to testify to the Senate that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge committed multiple counts of gang rape.

After Dr. Christine Blasey Ford agreed to testify about her attempted rape allegations against Brett Kavanaugh, Avenatti hinted that multiple additional witnesses and/or accusers were forthcoming. Now he’s publicly revealing the letter that he filed with the Chief Counsel for Nominations for the Senate Judiciary Committee. The key passage:

“We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the early 1980s during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge, and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them. There are multiple witnesses that will corroborate these facts and each of them must be called to testify publicly.”

Avenatti also made clear that this is an entirely separate matter from the allegations made tonight by Deborah Ramirez. He also stated that he will provide “additional evidence” regarding these alleged gang rape parties in the coming days. Brett Kavanaugh was already facing potential criminal jeopardy if Christine Blasey Ford decided to press charges in Maryland. If these new accusations of serial gang rape can be proven, the question is less about whether Kavanaugh will end up on the Supreme Court, and more about how many years he’ll serve in prison.
