Donald Trump goes berserk about Donald Trump Jr’s Russia meeting

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump hasn’t exactly been having a good weekend. He was slammed at the funeral of a popular American figure for the second day in row, first at Aretha Franklin’s memorial service yesterday, and at Senator John McCain’s service today. Just about everyone in politics was invited to the McCain memorial except Trump, and by nightfall, he was ranting on a level that was over the top even for him. Eventually Trump went berserk about his son’s Russia meeting.

Trump attacked Canada, then he attacked Hillary Clinton across several tweets, a reminder that he’s equally jealous of Justin Trudeau and Hillary Clinton. But then, in an attempt at further smearing Hillary, he posted this quote from his lackey Dan Bongino: “There is no possible way the Trump Tower meeting between Don Trump jr and a couple of Russians, who have very deep connections to both the Clintons & Fusion GPS, & where no information on the Clintons was exchanged, is a crime. Dems are blinded by their hatred of Trump.”

So now Donald Trump’s position appears to be that, for some reason, his son met with Hillary-controlled Russians during the election. Why would there be any Hillary-controlled Russian government officials, considering how much Vladimir Putin despises her? Why would Hillary-controlled Russians have been trying to give dirt on Hillary to the Trumps? And just how stupid would it make Trump if he did somehow fall for a trick meeting with Hillary’s Russian operatives?

Donald Trump Jr’s meeting with Russian government representatives was an attempt at receiving stolen goods, and an attempt at receiving a foreign gift of value on behalf of a campaign. Those are both serious felonies, and Junior is going to prison for a very long time. The only question is whether it can be proven that Donald Trump signed off on the meeting, which will send him to prison as well. Each time Trump brings up this meeting, he further incriminates himself and his son.
