Rudy Giuliani gives away that cooperating witness Rick Gates has Donald Trump nailed on Russia

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When it comes to exposing Donald Trump’s crimes, his attorney Rudy Giuliani is the gift that keeps on giving. Giuliani keeps making one mistake after another, whether it be confessing that Trump is guilty on various things, or waiving privilege on incriminating evidence. Now Rudy is revealing that Special Counsel Robert Mueller already has the goods to nail Trump for conspiring with Russia during the election, thanks to former Trump campaign deputy chairman Rick Gates.

This week we all learned that Donald Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen is willing to testify that he witnessed Trump signing off on the illegal Trump Tower meeting with the Russians during the election. That’s a big deal, but who was going to corroborate Cohen’s version of events? Thanks to Rudy Giuliani’s mouth on cable news this morning, we now know that Rick Gates also witnessed Trump signing off on the meeting. This is a huge deal, because Gates has already cut a plea deal, and has already told Mueller everything he knows.

So now we know that Robert Mueller already has one witness in the bag in the form of Gates when it comes to Donald Trump having signed off on the meeting, and he can gain a second witness when Cohen flips. Two corroborating eyewitnesses to the same event is a powerful legal position to be in. Team Trump seems to understand that this nails Trump for conspiring with the Russians during the election, as Rudy spent the rest of his cable news appearance trying to make the feeble argument that doing so may not have even been a crime.

You have to wonder about the delayed reaction here, days after Michael Cohen vowed to testify about the Trump Tower meeting. Did Donald Trump wake up this morning and suddenly remember that Gates was also knew? Did he suddenly remember that Gates had flipped on him? In any case, this meeting was a treasonous attempt at getting dirt on a political opponent from an enemy foreign government, and everyone involved with it is looking at prison time.
