When Joe Biden picked Kamala Harris as his running mate yesterday, the move was widely lauded and applauded. Biden-Harris makes for an impressive, smart, ambitious, diverse ticket, and it puts the Democrats in prime position to come out firing on all cylinders in the 2020 general election.

It turns out retired four-star U.S. Army General Barry McCaffrey agrees with that assessment. McCaffrey tweeted: “The Biden-Harris ticket is a powerful return to leadership competence and integrity and the rule of law. Sen Harris very experienced. Tough. Extremely intelligent. Also fully qualified to serve as President.”

General McCaffrey isn’t hesitating to call out Donald Trump, calling him “the most UNEDUCATED President in American history. He is incoherent in understanding our past.”
