The egos are beginning to clash in Trump world. Tribune News Service reported that Elon Musk had a “massive blowup” with Boris Epshteyn, who was one of the Trump’s criminal lawyers and is now his top aide. The two apparently had a major disagreement over Trump’s cabinet picks. Who wouldn’t? They’re nothing but a group of shameless brownnosers. This won’t be the last fight between these people. They’re all jockeying for position to be the right-hand man to Trump. Trump is clueless, and he continues to appoint people who will add nothing to his “presidency” except to say, “yes, sir.”

Salon reported that Trump has tapped yet another Fox host (who was also an MTV star), Sean Duffy, for Secretary of the Department of Transportation. Perhaps Duffy got some experience in transportation on “Pimp My Ride” or some other silly MTV show. Truthfully, he was on some type of competitive show in the late 90s, which must be why Trump thinks his “competitiveness” will help with “America’s highways, tunnels, bridges and airports.” Another choice Trump is currently working on is Treasury Secretary, which OK! Magazine said has been held up because one finalist is “getting of Trump’s nerves.” He’s such a baby. And he’s still wrong about tariffs. Walmart has now joined the list of companies that will raise their prices based on Trump’s tariffs. It will be nice when this blows up in his face. Of all the bad choices Trump has made so far for his cabinet, ABC News reported that Russ Vought, one of the authors of Project 2025, is being considered for a top post and has already been vetted. In fact, ABC News said that he already has given positions to “several individuals connected to the plan.” But Trump had nothing to do with Project 2025, or so he said. Trump says a lot of things that are either untrue or just plain made up.

Trump has made many polarizing choices for his cabinet, but none is more disliked than Matt Gaetz. Gaetz is a blowhard troublemaker who has done nothing in the House but cause turmoil. He was under DOJ investigation for sex with an underage girl, and USA Today recently proclaimed that a hacker has taken possession of some very damaging information on him. Even as “Christian” Mike Johnson said Gaetz’s ethics committee investigation should remain sealed, someone has put previously sealed testimony from the then-17-year-old girl with whom Gaetz had sex and fed drugs. None of that is going to matter anyway because NBC News just reported that most Senate Republicans don’t want Gaetz as AG. That’s why Trump has been talking about recess appointments. NBC News spoke with some of the senators under condition of anonymity, who said that 30 Republicans see Gaetz as unqualified. Of course, there have been reports that Trump has been privately pressuring the senators, and since many of them are his bootlickers, we can’t get too excited over the possibility of this not happening. We can, however, hope. We already have a criminal in the Oval Office. We don’t need one running the DOJ.
